(See 6.6) 3.5 Finish. - All cabinet parts of the unit shall be finished as %allows : 3.5.1 Steel parts. - All external steel parts

8、 shall be cadmium . plated per QQ-P-416 Type II, Class 2. enclosure shall remain unpainted for RFI bonding. be primed with sandwich prime zinc chromate per MIL-P-8585 and shall be finished with synthetic enamel per TT-EL529. All mating surfaces of the external Painted surfaces shall 3.5.1.1 Interior

9、 steel parts not requiring caddurn plating shall be primed with iron oxide per TT-P-6% and shall be finished with synthetic enamel per TT-E-529. 3.5.2 Aluminum parts. - All external aluminum parts shall be plated with alodine 1200 per MIL-C-5541. left unpainted for RFT bonding. Painted surfaces will

12、rts shall be olive drab color No. a087 of Fedm. 595. 3.6 Marking. - 3.6.1 General. - Marking shall conform to Specification MIL-M-13231. _ - Front panel markihg shall be group I as described in-that specification. (See 4.41 3.6.2 Visibilitx. - Wherever practicable, parts shall be so mounted that the

13、ir identification markings will be readily visible with minimum disassembly of the equipment. 3.6.3 Serial numbers. - Each Power Supply PP-4763( )/GRC shall be serial numbered. 3.7 Moisture assemblies, - When required to enable and Fungus proof (MF“) treatment for equipment and overall tropicalizati

19、 test of MIL-S-901 the power supply shall meet the output requirements of 3.11.2 and any physical damage shall be minor only. 41、position on the table of the Package Tester, Type lOOO-SC, as mads by the L.A.B. Corporation, Skaneatales, New York, or equal. The package tester, shafts in phass, shall have a speed such that it is just possible to insert a 1/32-inch-thick strip of material mider one coraer or edge of the uriit to

42、a distaxe of three (3) inches as the unit bounces. The unit shall be subjscked to this precondi- tioning for one (1) minute. After Souice preconditioning, the unit shall not be repaired, allned, cleaned, or otherwise changed pior to subjection to inspection. (see 3.16) . 4.7 Electrical tests. - 4.7.

This voltage shall not be less than 34 or greater than 35 volts. . 4.8 Temperature test; 4.8.1 Low Temperature (See 3.14.2.1) - The equipment shall be tested in accordance with Method 502, Procedure I, of MIL-STD-810. 48、torage temperature shall be - 800F and the operating temperature shall be - 40F. maintained until temperature stabilization of the test item is reached, but not to exceed 24. hours. extreme not to exceed 72 hours.
