GENERAL 4.1 This standard contains the provisions for end iten examination, diriensional examination,

13、 and packaging inspection for service caps. If there are any inconsis- tencies between the requirenients of the appropriate cap specification and the pro- visions of this standard, the cap specification shall control. This standard assips to the listed defects, point values of 1, 2, or 3 depending o

14、n severity. The higher point values are assigned to those defects having more detrineiital effect on tiie appearance or seviceability of the iteni. The defect identified by an asterisk (*) in the “Point value“ colunn of table II is the defect having the most detrhental effect on tiie appearance or s
