13、0447q93 9 MIL-T-43309C 3.2.1.1 Color and treatment. The cotton duck shall be olive drab shade No. 7 and conform to type I, class B of CCC-D-950. 3.2.2 Webbing, textile, cotton. The webbing for the web strap shall be olive drab shade No. 7 and conform to type IIb, class 4, 5/8-inch (16 rmn) width of

14、MIL-W-530. 3.2.3 Tape, textile, cotton. The binding tape shall be olive drab shade No. 7 and conform to type I, class 4, 3/4-inch (19 mm) width of MIL-T-43566. 3.2.4 Thread, polyester. The thread shall conform to type I, class 1, subclass B, shade S-1 (CA 66022) of V-T-285. The dyed thread shall sho

MIL-T-43309C 3.3.1.

20、1 Types of stitching. Stitching shall conform to FED-STD-751 as follows: For all stitching, except stitching - Type 301, 5 to 7 stitches per inch indicated by “Z“ on drawings For stitching indicated by “2“ on - Type 401, 5 to 7 stitches per inch - Chain portion of stitching shall (2 to 3 stitches/cm

21、) drawings (2 to 3 stitches/cm) not appear on outside of tarpaulin 3.3.1.2 Thread breaks, Thread breaks in stitching shall be overstitched not less than 1 inch (25 nun) at each break on type 301 stitching and not less than 1-1/2 inches (38 m) at each break on type 401 stitching. 30、ordance with Department of the Army Field Manual 10-16 except that handsewn patches or cemented patches will not be acceptable. Repairs required as a result of failure of the cup test, and when authorized by the contracting officer, shall be performed by treating with a compound conforming to type I

31、, class 1 of TT-P-595 prior to retesting (see 6.5). * 3.4 YkFg. All markings and labels shall conform to DDD-L-20. The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set: forth in the specification where
