REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Material - Materia

7、ls shall be in accordance with applicable drawings and specifications. 3.2 Assembly- The assembly shall comply with all re- quirements specified on drawing (dwg.) 9325862 and with all c requirements specified in applicable specifications. 3.3 First Article Inspection- This specification contains tec

8、hnica1 provisions for first article inspection. Requirements for the submission of first article samples by the contractor shall be as specified in the contract. 3.4 Hydrostatic Inspection- Test mode assembly shall be fitted with a suitable seal and mounted on a suitable hydrostatic test fixture. H

9、ydrostatic pressure shall be applied in accordance with the requirements of dwg. 9325862. The Test Mode Rocket Assembly shall then be disassembled and all parts inspected for cracks, distortion or any other evidence of failure or damage. 3.5 Workmanship- All parts and assemblies shall be fabricated

10、and finished in a thorough workmanlike manner, and all manufacturing, processing, and assembly operations shall be correctly performed. They shall be clean and free of burrs, sharp edges, unblended radii, surface defects, chips, dirt, grease and oil (except where specifically required) , corrosion p

11、roducts and other foreign matter. The cleaning method used shall not be injurious to any part or assembly nor shall they be contaminated by the cleaning agent. Exterior surface coatings shall be continuous except for a few light scratches not exposing base material. markings and stampings shall be n

12、eat and sharply defined. (Required packing shall be dry). All required 4.
