19、R) 3.3.3 Safety. Safety shall be in accordance with Requirement 1 of MIL-STD-454, in addition to (a) and (b): a. Groundinq. The Test Set assembly shail consist of the following: a. Enclosure (drawing 11

30、780600). A combination case with detachable cover. The case is an integral part of the Test Set, whereas the cover houses the cables and extender board described in 3.4.2 and 3.4.3. b. Front Panel Subassembly (Drawing 11780680). Contains controls, switches, displays, etc., for providing the human in

31、terface to the Test Set for HUDS testing. The Front Panel is hinged to provide access to subassemblies within the case. c. Power Cage Subassembly (Drawing 11780704). Mounted within the case and hidden by the Front Panel, this subassembly contains circuit card assemblies (referenced in Drawinq 117806

32、00) which provide all the digital and analog signals requi;ed by the HUDS. 3.4.2 Cable sets. The cable sets shall provide interconnections between the test Set assembly and HUDS. The cable sets are described in 3.1.2.2 of this document. 3.4.3 Extender board. The Test Set shall contain a universal ex

33、tender board assembly (Drawing 11780649) to provide access to the components and interface of the circuit cards mounted within the Card Cage subassembly described in 3.4.l(d) of this document. 3.5 First article inspection. This specification contains technical provisions for first article inspection
