Sound, basic principles of good warehousing are enunciated herein. Those principles are trans- lated into standard methods, procedu

32、res, and techniques which have proved by long experience to be the most efficient and effective in the storage and handling of military supplies. Strict and uniform compliance with the methods and standards prescribed by this manual are essential. As new or revised methods, procedures, and technique
