Submit certificates on the Qualifications of Steel Bar Butt-Splicers prior to commencing butt-splicing.1.4.3 Qualification of Butt-Splicing ProcedureAs a condition of approval of the butt-splicing procedure, make three test butt-splices of steel bars of each size to be spliced using the proposed butt-splicing method, in the presence
