44、4 QUALIFICATIONSQualify procedures and welders in accordance with the code under which the welding is specified to be accomplished.1.5 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLINGProtect all equipment, delivered and placed in storage, from the weather, excessive humidity and excessive temperature variation; and
