10、s General Process Manual, this standard has received approval for Publication. prEN 3373-011:2006 3 1 Scope This standard defines the characteristics of nickel plated copper ring shaped terminals for crimping on nickel plated copper conductors. They are for use on both metric and inch dimension stud
11、s at temperatures up to 260 C maximum. 15、nal range for nickel plated terminal lugs shall be 65 C to 260 C. When split barrel construction is used the split shall be permanently sealed and shall not open as a result of crimping. All surfaces shall be smooth and free from burrs and sharp edges. 5 Dimensions and mass For dimensions and mass,

35、ents of MIL-DTL-22520. For conductors up to size 050 the crimping tool used shall be M22520/5-01 and, for conductor sizes from 090 and above, tools conforming to MS 25441. 8.2 Die dimensions For conductor 090 and larger shall conform to MS 90485. 9 Marking The item code as per Table 1 and the manufacturers monogram shall be embossed in the marking area shown in Figure 1 in accordance with EN 2424 Style F. 10 Packaging The packaging shall be marked with the EN designation, manufacturers name, part number, quantity in the package, date of manufacturer and batch number.
