13、 3.1 Configuration - Dimensions - Tolerances The configuration shall be in accordance with figure 1 ; the dimensions and tolerances shall conform with the values shown in figure 1 and table 1 prior to application of dry film lubricant. The dimensions quoted are those required by design to meet insta
14、llation and systems requirements. Dimensions and tolerances quoted are at manufacturers option subject to meeting the qualification and acceptance requirements of EN 3275. 3.2 Surface roughness See figure 1, unless other values of referenced design standards are specified 3.3 Material See EN 331 4 o
15、r EN 331 5. 3.4 Surface treatment Lubrication: see EN 2491, on threads and sealing faces. NOTE: Until EN 2491 is published, the lubricant may be applied using MIL-L-4601 OB. Abrasive blasting shall be carried out using aluminium oxide within the grade 90-220 mesh at a pressure of 480 kPa max. for a
