9、al cable and cable bundles. It shall be used together with EN 6059-100. 2 Normative references The following documents, in whole or in part, are normatively referenced in this document and are indispensable for its application. 11、01: Expansion range 1) 3 Equipment The following equipment shall be required for these tests: For the examination of the mass an instrument with an electronic scale shall be used with an accuracy of at least 0,05 g. For the examination of the delivered diameter a mandrel with the specified delivered

12、 diameter and a minimum length of 350 mm shall be used. For detailed dimensions e.g. diameter of fibres, thickness of sheet when applicable (e.g. metal foils) a micrometre with an accuracy of at least 0,05 mm shall be used. For textile fabrics (woven, knitted, braided, and non-woven mats) a disk mic

13、rometre of the non-rotating spindle type shall be used and the measure must be taken on the flat fabric. The disk shall have a diameter of 20 mm 1,0 mm. 4 Procedures 4.1 Dimensions Measurement of the delivered diameter The length of the sleeve shall be measured before and after application of the sl

14、eeve to the mandrel. If the delivered diameter is the maximum diameter or the minimum diameter, the length of the sleeve shall be measured on the mandrel in the test conditions mentioned in EN 6059-401. If the delivered diameter is between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter, the sleeve sh

15、all be slit over the mandrel. The sleeve shall contact the mandrel at all places by use of tape which is wrapped around the sleeve. Measurement other dimensions (if applicable): All other dimensions shall be measured in the delivered condition (not mounted on a mandrel). 4.2 Mass The examination of

16、the mass shall be conducted on a specimen at least 0,5 m long. expressed in g/m. 1) Published as ASD-STAN Prestandard at the date of publication of this standard. http:/www.asd-stan.org/ prEN 6059-202:2015 (E) 4 5 Requirements 5.1 Dimensions The maximum difference between the measured lengths of the specimen (before and after application on the mandrel) shall comply with the product standard. Other dimensions (if applicable) shall comply with the product standard. 5.2 Mass The mass of the specimen shall comply with the product standard.
