6、 Type 1, the subject is still under technical development requiring wider exposure; Type 2, a Technical Committee has collected data of a different kind from that which is normally published as a European Standard. The Electrical Domain decided to publish this document in the form of a Technical Rep

15、ble terminations for PC tail contacts: Tin class T: pure tin; P: tin lead. Gold class F: gold flash; G: gold 0,8 m min; H: gold 1,27 m min. 5 Recommended tests See Table 3. EN 2591 tests are mainly applicable on crimping contacts. Some adjustment would have to be done on PC tail contacts. Solderabil
16、ity performance of PC tail contacts would be evaluated by each customer per his own requirements and rules. 27、C board. This PC board is a non-functional part that has the minimum dimensions, and that is only used to solder and fix all the contacts together. In order to guarantee that PC tail contacts are designed to resist to lead free soldering processes. Specimens should be submitted to the temperature of
28、 a: lead free wave soldering process for half of the specimens (or it could results in a 270 C exposure during 10 second combine with a gradient of 5 C/per second); lead free vapour phase process or reflow process for the others (or it could results in a 260 C exposure during 2 minutes combine with a gradient of 2 C/per second). Specimens should also be submitted to flux and cleaning agents used in soldering processes (VIGONA 200 or equivalent as an example).
