3、he responsibility of ASD-STAN (The AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe - Standardization). It is published for the needs of the European Aerospace Industry. It has been technically approved by the experts of the concerned Domain following member comments. Subsequent to the publica
4、tion of this Prestandard, the technical content shall not be changed to an extent that interchangeability is affected, physically or functionally, without re-identification of the standard. After examination and review by users and formal agreement of ASD-STAN, the ASD-STAN prEN will be submitted as
5、 a draft European Standard (prEN) to CEN (European Committee for Standardization) for formal vote and transformation to full European Standard (EN). The CEN national members have then to implement the EN at national level by giving the EN the status of a national standard and by withdrawing any nati
6、onal standards conflicting with the EN. ASD-STAN Technical Committee approves that: “This document is published by ASD-STAN for the needs of the European Aerospace Industry. In exceptional circumstances, however, the publication of a Technical Report of one of the following typ
14、es may be proposed: type 1, the subject is still under technical development requiring wider exposure; type 2, a Domain has collected data of a different kind from that which is normally published as a European Standard. Hydraulic Domain decided to publish this document in the form of a Technical Re
15、port of type 2 in order to facilitate the updating of this document. Avant-propos La tche principale des Domaines ASD-STAN est dlaborer des normes EN. 19、E) 4 1 Scope This Technical Report gives the EN standardized materials or, on the national level, the materials standardized by ASD member countries to be used for manufacturing the relevant products to insure their functional interchangeability. This Technical Report is not to be taken as a table o
20、f equivalent materials. The use of EN standardized materials shall be given priority.
