Inspection11.1 Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchaseorder, the producer is responsible for the performance of allinspection and test requ

Except asotherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, theproducer shall use his own or any other suitable facilities forthe performance of the inspection and test requirements unlessdisapproved by the purchaser at the time the order is placed. The purchaser s

39、hall have the right to perform any of theinspections and tests set forth in this specification when suchinspections and tests are deemed necessary to ensure that thematerial conforms to prescribed requirements.12. Rejection and Rehearing12.1 Material that fails to conform to the requirements ofthis

40、specification shall be rejected. Rejections shall be reportedto the producer or supplier promptly and in writing. In case ofdissatisfaction with the results of the test, the producer orsupplier may make claim for a rehearing.12.2 The material must be adequately protected and cor-rectly identified in

Packaging, Marking, and Loading14.1 Marking shall be by a tag securely attached to each coilof wire and shall show the identity of the producer, size o

This agreement mayinclude coil dimensions and weight.14.3 Unless otherwise specified, the packaging, marking, and loading shal
