22、ni-mum as follows:5.1.2 Heat to 1550/1650F 850/900C for 2 h minimumand quenched in water.5.1.3 Temper at 900/1000F 480/540C for 2 h minimumand air cool to room temperature.5.2 Copper Alloy UNS C63200Rod and Bar shall beheat-treated as follows:5.2.1 Heat to 1550F 850C minimum for 1 h minimum attemper

23、ature and quench in water or other suitable medium,5.2.2 Temper anneal at 1300 6 25F 700 6 15C for 3 to9 h at temperature as required to obtain desired mechanicalproperties, and5.2.3 Heat treatment is not mandatory for sections thatexceed 12 in. 300 mm in diameter or thickness.6. Chemical Compositio

24、n6.1 The material shall conform by alloy to the chemicalcomposition requirements in Table 1 for the copper alloy UNSdesignation specified in the ordering information.6.2 For alloys in which copper is listed as “remainder,”copper is the difference between the sum of all elementsdetermined and 100 %.6

25、.2.1 When all elements in Table 1 are determined, the sumof results shall be 99.5 % minimum for all alloys exceptC61300 which shall be 99.8 % min.6.3 These composition limits do not preclude the presenceof other elements. By agreement between the manufacturer andthe purchaser, limits may be establis
