The drilled hole tolerance shallbe 60.0005 in. 0.013 mm.14.2.3.3 Alternatively, at the option of the manufacturer,using speed-insensitive eddy current test

38、ing units that areequipped so that a percentage of the maximum imbalancesignal can be selected, a maximum imbalance signal of 0.3 %shall be used.14.2.3.4 Tubes that do not activate the signaling device ofthe eddy current tested shall be considered as conforming to therequirements of this test. Tubes

39、 with discontinuities indicatedby the testing unit are permitted, at the option of the manufac-turer, to be reexamined or retested to determine whether thediscontinuity is cause for rejection. Signals that are found tohave been caused by minor mechanical damage, soil, ormoisture shall not be cause f

40、or rejection of the tubes providedthe tube dimensions are still within prescribed limits and thetune is suitable for its intended application.14.2.4 Hydrostratic TestThe test method used shall permiteasy visual detection of any leakage or by pressure differential.Any evidence of leakage shall be cau
