Chemical Composition4.1 The alloy shall confo

10、rm to the chemical requirementsfor major elements specified in Table 1.4.2 These specification limits do not preclude the presenceof other elements. 16、the purchase order (Specifi-cation B 824).5. Mechanical Properties5.1 Mechanical properties shall be determined from sepa-rately cast test bars and shall meet the requirements shown inTable 2.6. Casting Repair6.1 Castings shall not be plugged, welded, burned-in, orimpregnated.7. General Requirements

17、7.1 Material furnished under this specification shall con-form to the applicable requirements of Specification B 824.8. Sampling8.1 Copper Alloy UNS No. C92200 test bar castings shall becast to the form and dimensions shown in Figs. 2, 3, or 4 ofPractice B 208.9. Certification9.1 When material is sp

18、ecified to meet the requirements ofASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, the certificationrequirements of Specification B 824 are mandatory.10. Product Marking10.1 Valves, flanges, and fittings shall be marked in accor-dance with the latest revision of the Standard Marking Systemfor Valves, Fittings

19、, Flanges, and Unions (No. SP-25) of theManufacturers Standardization Society of the Valve and Fit-tings Industry, and in such position as not to injure theusefulness of the casting.11.
