The Kent Center is too old and its car parking space isnt enough for us; while the other can provide us narrower yet sufficient warehousing space, with much larger car parking spaces, where there is good access to motorway, and its quite near to the city center (8km). Therefore, I prefer the one which is more expensive the one in new block. It is really worth while.
