This does not count the time each manager spends competing a progress report to present at the meeting. I suggest that we reduce the nu

11、mber of monthly marketing and planning meetings from two to one. If everyone knows we have only one meeting in which to conduct business, he/she will make a greater effort to be on time and have reports finished. As a result, I believe we can accomplish just as much work in a single meeting held once a month as we currently do in two meetings.
