After chipping, the raw material is pulped, either using a mechanical pulping process or using a chemical pulping process. Next, the pulp goes into a machine called a hydrapulper. Following this stag

5、e, the pulp is mixed with chemicals and additives in a blend chest. It then goes through a refining process and, afterwards, is screened and cleaned, before moving on to a papermaking machine where it is made into paper of various types. After the paper has been used by offices, retailers and househ

6、olds, it can be recovered and recycled. Recovered paper first goes into a hydrapulper, though not the same machine as pulp from fresh wood. Then the pulp moves on to a de-inking cell. Very often, women who have spent years earning qualifications then face a stark choice between using those qualifications to get a job or having childre

9、n. Through the provision of care facilities, women will not have to make this choice. They will be able to return to their careers (if they wish) much sooner after having a child. Doing this will have another benefit. It will make it easier for women to achieve higher positions within companies and

10、help to raise the position in society to one of equality with men. Many economists agree that creating equality between men and women leads to greater economic success. Some people, even though they agree with the arguments presented above, suggest that it is not the responsibility of the government

11、 to provide childcare facilities. They believe that people should pay for those facilities themselves or that they should be paid for by companies. I dont think that individuals should pay for these facilities directly, because the cost may dissuade many of them form using the facilities and prevent

12、 them from going out and finding work. I also believe that it is not the job of companies to provide these facilities because I believe that companies should focus on their particular area of business rather than on other areas. In conclusion, I think that childcare facilities should be provided for working mothers and that the government is best placed to pay for these facilities.
