1、Designation: D 2048 92 (Reapproved 2002)Standard Test Method forPowdering of Floor Polish Films1This standard is issued under the fixed designation D 2048; the number immediately following the designation indicates the year oforiginal adoption or, in the case of revision, the year of last revision.
2、A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval. Asuperscript epsilon (e) indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This test method covers a bench procedure for thedetermination of the degree of powdering of floor polishesunder ambient conditions

Distribute the emulsi

If 304 by 304-mm(12 by 12-in.) tiles are used, pipet 3.6 mL of polish out thecenter of each tile.6.3 Apply

Applythis coat in the same manner as the first coat.6.4 One hour after the second coat of polish has dried, placeone of the test tiles in the glove box in which the relativehumidity is 10 to 15 %. The low humidity is obtained andcontrolled using silica ge
