Scope1.1 This specification covers mineral-colloid-stabilized,concentrated, emulsified, refined coal tar suitable for use asweather-protective and aliphatic-solvent resistant coatings overbituminous pavements, such as those found at airports, parkingareas, and drivew

The specification for this material waspreviously covered by Federal Specification RP355.NOTE 1Dilute the concentrated emulsion after testing and prior toapplication to meet the application specification requirements.Applicationshall be made in accordance with Practice D3423.1.2 The values stat

5、ed in either SI units or inch-pound unitsare to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated ineach system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, eachsystem shall be used independently of the other. Combiningvalues from the two systems may result in non-conformancewith the standard.1.3 Th
