The basic properties can beobtained from
18、 Tables A or B as they apply (see 4.3).4.2 Reinforced and filled syndiotactic polystyrene materialsare classified in accordance with Table SPS as noted or withTable A.4.2.1 Reinforced and Additive MaterialsA single letterwill be used for the major reinforcement or combination, orboth, along with two
19、 digits that indicate the percentage ofaddition by mass with the tolerances as shown in Table 1.NOTE 3This part of the system uses the type and percentages ofadditive to designate the modification of the basic material. Percentage ofadditives can be shown on the suppliers Technical Data Sheet unless
20、 it isproprietary. If necessary, additional requirements shall be indicated by theuse of the suffix part of the system, as given in Section 5.NOTE 4Determine ash content of filled or reinforced materials usingTest Method D 5630 or ISO 34511 where applicable.4.2.2 Table A, Detail RequirementsAn ident

Suffix Requirements5.1 When requirements are needed that supersede or supple-ment the property ta

In general, the first suffixletter indicates the special requirements needed and the secondletter indicates the condition or test method, or both, with athree-digit number indicating the specific requirement. Thesuffi

The main property affectedis ductility, as illust
