ASTM D7654 D7654M-2010 5000 Standard Specification for Asphalt Used in Roofing Measured by Dynamic Shear Rheometer《使用动态剪切流变仪测定屋顶铺设用沥青的标准规范》.pdf

1、Designation: D7654/D7654M 10Standard Specification forAsphalt Used in Roofing Measured by Dynamic ShearRheometer1This standard is issued under the fixed designation D7654/D7654M; the number immediately following the designation indicates theyear of original adoption or, in the case of revision, the

2、year of last revision. A number in parentheses indicates the year of lastreapproval. A superscript epsilon () indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This specification covers two types of asphalt intendedfor use in built-up roof construction, construction of

The specification is intended forgeneral classification purposes only and does not imply restric-tions on the slope at which an asphalt must be use

4、d.1.2 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound unitsare to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated ineach system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, eachsystem shall be used independently of the other. Combiningvalues from the two systems may result in non-conformancewit

It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety and health practices and determine the applica-bility of regulatory limitations prior to use.

Precision and Bias8.1 The precision of this test method is based on aninterlaboratory study conducted in 2007.3Results in this studywere obtained from five laboratories, testing the viscosity of 16different asphalt

16、materials at three different temperatures.Every “test result” reported represents an individual determi-nation. Each participating laboratory was asked to report threereplicate test results for every material.8.2 RepeatabilityTwo test results obtained within onelaboratory shall be judged not equival

19、th statements 8.2 and 8.3would normally have an approximate 95 % probability ofbeing correct, however the precision statistics obtained in thisILS must not be treated as exact mathematical quantities whichare applicable to all circumstances and uses. The small numberof materials tested, and laborato

The repeatability limit and the reproduc-ibility limit should be co

See Table 2.8.5 BiasAt the time of the study, there was no acceptedreference material suitable for determining the bias for this testmethod, therefore no statement on bias is being mad

22、e.8.6 The precision statement was determined through statis-tical examination of 479 results, from five laboratories, on 16asphalt samples at three temperatures. Identifiable outlier datawere excluded from the final calculations.9. Inspection9.1 Inspection of the material shall be agreed upon betwee

Rejection and Rehearing10.1 Failure to conform to any of the requirements pre-scribed in this specification shall constitute grounds for rejec-tion. In case of rejection, the seller shall have the right toreinspect the rejected material

Packaging and Package Marking11.1 Asphalt shall be suitably packaged (if not shipped inbulk) to permit acceptance by the carrier and to afford adequateprotection from the normal hazards of handling and shipmen

25、t.11.2 Each container or bill of lading on bulk shipments shallbe plainly marked with the name of the manufacturer or sellerand the ASTM designation and type of product, flash point andthe equiviscous temperature (EVT) for mop and for mechanicalspreader application.12.
