Asuperscript epsilon () indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval. This standard has been approved for use by agencies of the Department of Defense.1. Scope1.1 This

3、test method covers a procedure for measuring thecohesion/adhesion or bond strength (tensile) perpendicular tothe surface of sprayed fire-resistive material (SFRM) applied torigid backing. These fire-resistive materials include sprayedfibrous and cementitious materials. The test method is appli-cable

4、 to both laboratory and field procedures as indicated inSection 7.1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded asstandard. The values given in parentheses are mathematicalconversions to inch-pound units that are provided for informa-tion only and are not considered standard.1.3 This standard

5、 does not purport to address all of thesafety problems, if any, associated with its use. It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety and health practices and determine the applica-bility of regulatory limitations prior to use.2.
