Design shall permit access foradjustment
29、and repair when working from either side of thevalve and without requiring removal of the valve body from theline. Valves shall be of the self-contained, internal-operatedtype as described in 1.1.6.1.2.2 The operating piston shall be separate from the mainvalve and fitted with one or more piston rin

The piston shall operatewithin a separate hardened steel cylinder liner located in thevalve body so that removal of the valve bonnet provides accessto the top of the piston assembly. The cylinder liner shall beheld in place by way of the bonne

The requirement tolocate the cylinder liner in the body may be waived where it isshown that an alternative location provides a satisfactorymaintenance configuration. Pilot valve and diaphragm cham-bers shall be self-draining. The pilot valve
32、 shall be singleseated with integral stem. The valve shall be controlled by aspring-referenced metal diaphragm and shall open against highpressure. A return spring shall keep the pilot valve in contactwith the diaphragm at all times. The diaphragm shall not travelthrough center during any phase of o
