This standard defines and describes theConference Calling service capabilities in the context of the ISDN. Thisstandard provides switching and signalling specifications to allow a serveduser to establ

23、ish calls to multiple parties one at a time using normal callhandling procedures, and then to communicate simultaneously with multi-ple parties, which may also communicate among themselves. 40、reaches theactive state, the “served user” becomes the conference controller.3.1.5 served user: During the invocation phase, the service is under the control of the “serveduser”, i.e., the one for whom the service was subscribed or, in those cases where subscription isnot required, the one who invok
