Upon publiciation, this Supplement shall be used in conjunction with J-STD-100. 2 Modifications 2.1 Modification to Abstract The Abstract is modified as shown below: Abstract This specification

This specification defines a common set of requirements for GSM, UMTS, and CDMA, and E-UTRAEven though the scope o

A common set of requirements will a

32、llow for a consistent user experience, regardless of the associated wireless technology of the mobile device. Additionally, this common set of requirements will allow the various local, state, and Federal level government agencies to develop subscriber CMAS educational information that is independent of the wireless technology.
