13、f Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers, which consists of representatives from Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Other Parts of this standard are: Part 1: Components; Part 2: Accuracy tests. The purpose of the standard is to provide

14、guidance to designers in the selection of parameters for future designs, bearing in mind the advantages of such rationalizations to ensure standard loading heights, etc. for link-line and similar grouping of machines. Appendix A gives standard metric sizes of sawn softwood, these being inter-related

15、 with the width capacities of machines. Table 6 is extracted from BS4471, “Dimensions for softwood”. Attention is drawn to the fact that the classification numbers quoted in BS3997, “Classification of woodworking machines and auxiliary equipment”, have been used wherever relevant in this standard. A

16、 British Standard does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application. 18、is British Standard specifies requirements for working level heights for single-blade circular sawing machines, surface planing machines with cutterblocks, table band sawing machines, spindle moulding machines and combined machines, working widths for surface planing machines and the relation betwee

19、n working depth capacities and working widths for thicknessing machines and moulding machines. 2 Working level heights The following working level heights for each machine type shall be used. 3 Relation of working depth capacities and working widths 3.1 Surface planing machine (BS classification 12.

20、211.11). Surface planing machines shall have the working widths specified in Table 1.
