Increasingly hydraulic motors and other external hydraulic services are being used with agricultural
7、 equipment having a tractor external hydraulic power source which is provided with a low pressure hydraulic return to sump port connection to the agricultural tractor. This Part of BS4742 specifies the performance, dimensions and location for such hydraulic return to sump porting. A British Standard
8、 does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application. 10、BS4742 specifies the requirements for location, dimensions, zone of clearance and performance of the low pressure return to sump port connection on agricultural tractors for use with agricultural equipment incorporating hydraulic equipment powered from a tractor external hydraulic service. The low p
11、ressure return connection is intended for use in conjunction with external systems which require minimal return to sump oil flow restriction, for example, hydraulic motors. 12、e purposes of this Part of BS4742, the following definitions apply. 2.1 sump the tractor void, typically the rear axle housing, which serves as the reservoir from which the hydraulic power source draws hydraulic fluid 2.2 external hydraulic service a source of hydraulic power, derived from the hydra
13、ulic system of an agricultural tractor, available for use on equipment mounted on, coupled to, or otherwise used in conjunction with the agricultural tractor 3 Dimensions 3.1 The basic dimensions of the stud coupling and of the port connection after plating shall be in accordance with Table 1 and Fi
14、gure 1. Thread designation G 1 / 2shall be used for oil flows up to30L/min and G 3 / 4for oil flows from30L/min to80L/min. 3.2 The zone of clearance of the port connection shall be as shown in Figure 2. 3.3 The location of the port connection on the agricultural tractor shall be as shown in Figure 3
