8、1985 “Aircraft Connectors for ground electrical supplies Part 2: Dimensions” published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Together with BS4G173-1 it supersedes BS3G173:1972 which is withdrawn, and takes account of international agreement by Technical Committee ISO/TC20 in r

9、elation to the requirements of connectors for ground electrical supplies for aircraft. Terminology and conventions. The text of the InternationalStandard has been approved as suitable for publication as a British Standard without deviation. Some terminology and certain conventions are not identical

10、with those used in British Standards; attention is drawn especially to the following. The comma has been used as a decimal marker for metric dimensions. In British Standards it is current practice to use a full point on the baseline as the decimal marker. Whenever the words “part of ISO461” appear,

11、referring to this standard, they should be read as “Part of BS4G173”. A British Standard does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. 14、1 Scope and field of application This part of ISO461 specifies the dimensions for the following connectors used to supply electrical power from a ground source to an aircraft: Style 1A 28Vd.c., aircraft fixed connector Style 1B 28Vd.c., ground supply free connector Style 2A 112Vd.c., aircraft fixed
