Resistors covered by this specification are derated linearly from100% of rated dissipation at70 C to35.3% of rated dissipation at125 C. Th

15、and number of this detail specification. 5 Certified test records (CTR) Certified test records shall be prepared in accordance with2.8 of BS9000-1. 6 Additional information (not for inspection purposes) 6.1 Bending of wire terminations. Bending of a termination should not occur at a point less than2
16、mm from the point of emergence of the termination. The minimum bend radius should be the diameter of the termination. 6.2 Maximum surface temperature. The maximum surface temperature will be as follows: 7 Inspection requirements 7.1 An inspection lot shall consist of resistors of the same style. It
17、should be representative of those extremes of the resistance range produced during the period. Styles having the same nominal dimensions but different temperature characteristics of resistance produced during the period may be aggregated, except for the purposes of subgroups which contain a test for
18、 temperature characteristics of resistance. The extremes or any critical value of the ranges of resistance and temperature characteristics of resistance for which Qualification Approval has been granted shall be inspected during a period which is approved by the National Supervising Inspectorate. Th
19、e samples for groups “C” and “D” shall be collected over the last13weeks of the inspection period. “Low” values shall be within+200%,0% of the lowest currently approved resistance value (orlowestvalue manufactured within the approval range). “High” values shall be within+0%,30% of the highest curren
20、tly approved resistance value (orhighestvalue produced within the approval range). “Critical” values shall be within+0%,20% of the calculated value. 7.2 Samples submitted to tests which are marked “(D)” shall not be accepted for release under BS9000 (see2.6.5 of BS9000-1). 7.3 Components to be teste
