22、paration of specimens 3.1 Specimens shall be prepared according to the technical specification. The test shall be carried out on unmated specimens. Unwired cavities shall be fitted with filler plugs. 3.2 Unless specified in the technical specification, the following details shall be stated: mounting
23、 method, type of cable and definition of specimen wiring; final measurements and requirements (if applicable); method according to EN2591-206 and insulation resistance value. 4 Method 4.1 Test procedure Specimens shall be exposed for2h to an atmosphere containing ozone at a concentration of0,010% by
24、 volume to0,015% by volume at ambient temperature. 4.2 Final measurements and requirements (ifapplicable) At the end of the test, the insulation resistance shall be measured (EN2591-206). Its value shall not be smaller than the specified value. Proceed then with a visual examination (EN2591-101) of
