Thetestprogrammemaypossiblybereduced,orthequalificationbegrantedwithoutinspectionortesting:any suchdecisionshallbebasedontheres
29、ultsobtainedonsimilartypesanddiametersofspringclipsprovidedthat thedesignandmanufacturingconditionsareidentical.Itshallbeclearlyidentifiedonthetestreport. Table2indicatestheallocationofspringclipsamplesfortheinspectionsandtests. 4.2Acceptance 4.2.1Purpose Thepurposeofacceptanceinspectionsandtestsist
30、ocheck,assimplyaspossible,byamethodrepresentativeof actualuseconditions,withtheuncertaintyinherenttostatisticalsampling,thatthespringclipsconstitutingthe batchsatisfytherequirementsofthisstandard. 4.2.2Conditions Acceptanceinspectionsandtests(requirements,methods,numbersofspringclips)arespecifiedinT
31、able1.They shallbecarriedoutoneachbatch.Springclipsfromthebatchtobetestedshallbeselectedbysimplerandom sampling. Eachspringclipmaybesubmittedtoseveralinspectionsortests. Ifamorestringentinspectionisdeemednecessary,allorpartofthequalificationinspectionsandtestsmaybe performedduringtheacceptanceinspec
32、tionandtesting.Inthiscase,thenumberofspringclipssubmittedtothese inspectionsandtestsisthesameasthatsubmittedforqualificationinspectionandtests. 4.2.3Responsibility Acceptanceinspectionsandtestsshallbecarriedoutbythemanufacturer,orunderhisresponsibility. 4.2.4 Inspectionandtestreport Atestreportshowi
