BS EN 10343:2009EN 10343:2009 (E) 4 1 Scope This document specifies the technical delivery requirements for the following steel products intended for use in the construction industry: bars (including hammer-forged bars); wide flats; h
19、ot-rolled strip and sheet/plate; forgings. They are manufactured from the direct hardening non alloy steels for quenching and tempering and the direct hardening alloy steels for quenching and tempering and supplied in one of the heat treatment conditions given for the different types of products in
20、Table 1. These steels are generally intended for the manufacture of quenched and tempered parts, but can also be used in the normalized condition. The requirements for mechanical properties are restricted to part sizes given in Tables 4 and 5. NOTE 1 In accordance with EN 10020, the steels covered b

The manufacturer shall declare the test method used, if required. The list of available ENs on chemical analysis is given in CEN/TR 10261. 11.
25、2 Mechanical tests 11.2.1 Tensile test The tensile test shall be carried out in accordance with EN 10002-1. For the specified yield strength in the Tables 4 and 5 on mechanical properties the upper yield strength (ReH) shall be determined. If a yield phenomenon is not present, the 0,2 % proof streng

The average value of a set of three test pieces shall be equal to or greater than the specified value. One individual value may be below the specified value, provided that it is not
27、 less than 70 % of that value. If the above conditions are not satisfied then an additional set of three test pieces may be taken at the discretion of the manufacturer from the same sample and tested. To consider the test unit as conforming, after testing the second set, the following conditions sha

If these conditions are not satisfied the sample product is rejected and retests may be carried out on the remainder of the test unit (see 11.3). 11.3 Retests For retests, EN 10021 shall apply.
