When more severe requirements are included, they shall be listed in 1.9 of the detail specification and indicated in the test schedules, for example by an asterisk. Note: The information given in 1.3.1 may for conveni

The following information shall be given in each detail specification and the values quoted shall preferably be selected from those given in the appropriate clause of this sectional specification. 1.3.1 Outline drawing and dimensions There shall be an illustration
10、 of the inductor as an aid to easy recognition and for comparison of the inductor with others. Dimensions and their associated tolerances, which affect interchangeability and mounting, shall be given in the detail specification. All dimensions shall to be stated in mm. Normally the numerical values
11、shall be given for the length, the width and height of the body and the wire spacing or for cylindrical types the body diameter, and the length and diameter of the termi- nations. When necessary, for example when different case sizes are covered by a detail specification, the dimensions and their as
12、sociated tolerances shall be placed in a table below the drawing. 1.3.2 MountinK The detail specification shall specify the method of mounting to be applied for the application of the vibration and the bump or shock tests. The design of the inductors may be such that special mounting fixtures are re
13、quired in its use. In this case the detail specifica- tion shall describe the mounting fixtures and they shall be used in the application of the vibration and bump or shock tests. NOTE - If recommendations for mounting for “normal“ use are made, they shall be included in the detail specification und

If they are included, a warning can be given that the full vibration, bump and shock performance may not be available if mounting methods other than those specified in 1.1 of the detail specification are used. 1.3.3 Ratings and character
15、istics The ratings and characteristics shall be in accordance with the relevant clauses of this specification, together with the following: (i) Rated inductance range See 2.2.1 BSI BS*EN*129200 96 1624669 057197b A20 Page 5 EN 129200 : 1994 Note: When products approved to the detail specification ha

(3) Solderinq The detail specification shall prescibe the test methods, severities and requirements applicable for the solderability test and the resistance to soldering heat test. 1.3.4 Marking The detail specification shall specify the con

Deviations from 1.5 shall be specifically stated. 1.4 Terminolony In addition to the applicable terms and definitions of CECC 29 O00 (EN 129 O00 : 1993) the following definitions apply: 1.4.1 Rated current (IR) The maximum r.m.s. value of the c

For testing purposes d.c. current is mandatory. High frequencies require a reduction of current in regard to temperature

The lower and upper category temperature and the duration of the damp heat, steady state test shall be chosen from the following: Lower category temperature: - 55 OC, - 40 OC and - 25 OC Upper category temperature: t 85 OC, + 100 OC, + 125 OC and t 150 “C Duration of the damp heat, steady state

Preferred values of ratings 2.2.1 Rated inductance (h) Preferred values of rated inductance are: 1 - 192 - 1,s - 1.8 - 2,2 - 2,7 - 3.3 - 3.9 - 497 5.6 - 6.8 - an

30、NT PROCEDURES Primary stage of manufacture The primary stage of manufacture is the winding of the inductor element. 3.2 Structurally similar components Inductors considered as being structurally similar are inductors produced with similar processes and materials, though they may be of different size
31、s and inductance and current values. 3.3 Certified test records The information required in 3.5.1 of CECC 29 O00 (EN 129 O00 : 1993) shall be made available when prescribed in the detail specification and when requested by a purchaser. After the endurance test the para- meters for which variables in
32、formation is required are the inductance, Q, the resonant frequency and the d.c. resistance. 3.4 Qualification approval The procedures for qualification approval testing are given in 3.4 of CECC 29 O00 (EN 129 O00 : 1993). The schedule to be used for qualification approval testing on the basis of lo
33、t-by-lot and periodic tests is given in 3.5 of this specification. The procedure using a fixed sample size schedule is given in 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 below. For the two procedures the sample sizes and the number of permissible defectives shall be of comparable order. The test conditions and requirements s
34、hall be the same. 3.4.1 Samplinq The fixed sample size procedure is described in 3.4.2 (2) of CECC 29 O00 (EN 129 O00 : 1993). The sample shall be representative of the range of inductors for which approval is sought. This may or may not be the complete range covered by the detail specification. The
35、 sample shall consist of specimens having the smallest and largest sizes, and for these sizes the lowest and highest inductances. When there are more than four sizes, an intermediate size shall also be tested. Thus for the approval of a range, testing, is required of either four or six values (induc
36、tancelsize combinations). When the range consists of less than four values, the number of specimens to be tested shall be that required for four values. BSI BS*EN*329200 96 = 1624669 0573983 198 Page 10 EN 129200 : 1994 Spares are permitted as follows: (1) One per value which may be used to replace
37、the permitted defective in Group “O“. (2) One per value which may be used as replacements for specimens which are defective because of incidents not attributable to the manufacturer. The numbers given in Group “O“ assume that all groups are applicable. If this is not so the numbers may be reduced ac
38、cordingly. When additional groups are introduced into the qualification approval test schedule, the number of specimens required for Group “O“ shall be increased by the same number as that required for the additional groups. Table 1 gives the number of samples to be tested in each group or sub-group
39、 together the permissible number of defectives for qualification approval tests. 3.4.2 Tests The complete series of tests specified in Table 1 and Annex A are required for the approval of inductors covered by one detail specification. The tests of each group shall be carried out in the order given.
40、The whole sample shall be subjected to the tests of Group “O“ and then divided for the other groups. Specimens found defective during the tests of Group “O“ shall not be used for the other groups. “One defective“ is counted when an inductor has not satisfied the whole or a part of the tests of a gro
41、up. The approval is granted when the number of defectives does not exceed the specified number of permissible defectives for each group or sub-group and the total number of permissible defectives. Note: Table 1 and Annex A together form the fixed sample size test schedule, for which Table 1 includes
42、 the details for the sampling and permissible defectives for the different tests or groups of tests. Annex A together with the details of test contained in Section 4 gives a complete summary of test conditions and performance requirements and indicates where for example for the test method or condit

44、ality conformance inspection. 3.5 Quality conformance inspection 3.5.1 Formation of inspection lots a) Groups A and B inspection These tests shall be carried out on a lot-by-lot basis according to Table 2. A manufacturer may aggregate the current production into inspection lots subject to the follow
45、ing safeguards: (i) The inspection lot shall consist of structurally similar inductors (see 3.2). (2a) The sample tested shall be representative of the values and dimensions contained in the inspection lot: - in relation to their number - with a minimum of five of any one value. (2b) If there are le
46、ss than five of any one value in the sample the basis for the drawing of samples shall be agreed between the manufacturer and the National Supervising Inspectorate. b) Group C inspection These tests shall be carried out on a periodic basis accor- ding to Table 3. Samples shall be representative of t
47、he current production of the specified periods and shall be divided into small, medium and large sizes. In order to cover the range of approvals in any period one inductance shall be tested per group of sizes. In subsequent periods other sizes and/or inductances in pro- duction shall be tested with
48、the aim of covering the whole range. 3.5.2 Test Schedule See Tables 2 and 3 BSI BS*EN*129200 b 1624bb9 0571983 TbO m Page 12 EN 129200 : 1994 3.5.3 Delayed delivery When according to the procedures of 3.5.2 of CECC 29 O00 (EN 129 O00 : 1993) re-inspection has to be made, solderability and inductance
