18、uretobiologicalagents.The samplingequipmentusedoftenintroducesitsowncriticallimitations,asintheassessmentofaerosolfractions.Some samplingequipmentmaybecapableonlyofmeasuringculturablemicroorganisms,whileothersallowthe characterisationofboththetotalnumberoforganismsandtheculturablefraction.Analytical

19、proceduresmayaddfurther tothedifficultiesandtheuncertainties,e.g.themethodusedmaynotallowtheidentificationofthebiologicalagents present,ormaycauseunwantedinterferencebetweendifferentbiologicalagents.However,byadheringtotheprinciples outlinedinthisstandardforchoiceofsamplingandanalyticalprocedures,th
