27、otimeandtemperatureconditionsor otherconditionsknowntodestroyorinactivatealltargetmicroorganismsintheload; and b) thekilltankshallhaveasaminimumtheperformanceratinggivenintable1. 6.2 TypeIIkilltank AkilltankmeetingthefollowingrequirementsshallbeclassifiedastypeII: a) thekilltankshallbecapableofbring
28、ingitsloadtotimeandtemperatureconditionsor otherconditionsknowntodestroyorinactivatealltargetmicroorganismsintheload; b) thekilltankshallhaveasaminimumtheperformanceratinggivenintable1;and c) thekilltankshallhaveadditionalcontainmentfeatureswhichpreventreleaseofliving microorganismstotheenvironmentb
