Formworkbeamsshouldbemadesothatthepropertiesspecifiedinclause5areretainedundersiteconditions suchasexposuretowater,watervapourandcement. WhilstthisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetwomostcommontypesofprefabricatedtimberformworkbeamsinuse itis

19、notintendedtopreventdevelopmentofothertypesofformworkbeamsmadeoftimberandwoodbased materials.
