34、documentedin theformofacertificateofconformity.Onelotis,asamaximum,theamountofGMTproducedwithoutchanging theproductspecification. 5.2CertificateofConformity Samplesshallbetakenoutoftheproductionasneededtoundertakeboththeobligatorytestsdefinedinthis specificationplussuchotheroptionaltestsasmaybeagree

35、dbetweencustomerandsupplier.Theresultsofthese testsshallbereportedinthecertificateofconformity.Thecertificateshallcomplywiththerequirementsof EN10204.EN136772:2003(E) 7 5.3Resolutionofqualityissues Inthecasewhenissuesofqualityarisebetweencustomerandsupplierretestingofthematerialisnecessary.The sampl

36、ingandtestsshallbeundertakenasfollows. 5.3.1 Samplingformeasurementofblankweightandblankdimensions(thickness,widthandlength) 30blanksshallbetakenatrandomfromthetopofthepalletinquestion.Blankweightsanddimensionsshallbe measuredoneachblankandreportedasthemeanofthe30individualvaluesforeachofthe30blanks

37、. 5.3.2 Samplingformeasurementoffibrecontentanddensity 5blanksshallbetakenatrandomfromthetopofthepalletinquestion.Fromthecentreofeachblankatest specimenofsuitablesizeshallbecutforthedeterminationofthedensity(ISO 1183)andthefibrecontent (ENISO1172).Thetestresultshallbereportedasthemeanofthedeterminat

38、iononthe5individualblanks. 5.3.3 Samplingfortestplaquesformechanicaltesting Retestingrequires10testspecimens.5testspecimensshallbecutfromeachof2testplaquesinaccordance with6.2.Eachtestplaqueshallbemouldedinaccordancewith6.1.Iftheblanksizeistoosmallfortakingblanks forthetestplaquestwoalternativesarer

39、ecommended,deliverywitheachlotofeitherextrablankssuitablefor mouldingthetestplaquesormouldedtestplaques. 6 Preparationofplaquesandtestspecimens 6.1Testplaques GMTpartsareusuallymanufacturedbyacompressionflowmouldingprocess.Thereforethedeterminationofthe mechanicalpropertiesshallbemadeontestplaqueswh

40、ichhavealsobeenflowmoulded. 6.1.1 Surfaceareaofmould 200mmx200mmminimum. 6.1.2 Plaquethickness 40,2mm. 6.1.3Blank size Sincethetestplaquesaremouldedinaflowmouldingprocess,onlyapproximately50%ofthemouldareashallbe coveredbythestackofblanks. Whenthethicknessoftheblanksisintherange3,7mm3,8mm,twoequally

41、sizedsquareblanksshallbe selectedofasizesufficienttoachievethetarget4mmthicknessinthemouldedtestplaques.Ifthesheetsare thinnerthenumberofblanksmaybeincreased.Ifthesheetsarethicker,thenumberofblanksmaybereducedto one. 6.1.4Blank stacking When2blanksareusedtheyshallbestacked0/90inthecaseofrandomreinfo

42、rcedmaterialsand0/0inthe caseofUDmaterial.Threeormoreblanksshallbestackedsymmetrically(0/90/0:0/90/90/0:etc.)See informativeannexIforfurtherinformationonthedefinitionandstackingofblanksinthemould.
