19、andard specifies requirements for footwear to protect the user against specific chemicals. This standard does not apply to footwear with leather outsoles. Other chemicals may be used according to the intended use. 6.2.2.1 General A footwear item protecting against che

44、micals shall be tested according to EN 13832-1:2006, 4.2. The sole and upper shall both be tested with the same chemicals. EN 13832-2:2006 (E) 10 After the tests, the tests pieces shall be inspected. If they are very affected (see EN 13832-1:2006, 4.2.4.3), it is considered that they fail the test.

49、9 g/cm3or less and not greater than 250 mm3for materials with a density greater than 0,9 g/cm3. When outsoles from classification II footwear are tested as described in EN ISO 20344: 2004, 8.3, the relative volume loss shall be not greater than 350 mm3.
