24、 to bulk case packaging capable of containing surface mounting components. The bulk case is designed for transport and storage of components and the supply of components directly or by an appropriate feeder to the placement machine. The bulk case is attached to the automatic handling machine by mean

25、s of a coupling interface. 29、4 Requirements 4.1 Case assembly For details about the label, see Annex C. Figure 1 shows the general view of the assembly of the bulk case. 30、ned with a shutter to open and close the access hole. 4.3 Dimensions A general description and letter symbols for individual dimensions are given in Figure 2. It shall not adversely affect the mechanical and electrical characteristics, solderability, or marking of the devices during or after trans

35、port and storage. 4.4.1 Recycling Bulk cases defined in Figures 1 and 2 shall be permanently and visibly marked with an appropriate recycling symbol. ISO 11469 is recommended. Page7 EN602866:2004 4.5 Mechanical characteristics 4.5.1 Mechanical stability Mechanical stability of loaded bulk cases duri

36、ng storage, transport and use shall be such that the components are retained without damage and that they can be easily removed. 4.5.2 Characteristics and test method See Annex D, Table D.1. 5 Marking The bulk case shall provide space for a peelable label. The label shall be fixed onto the front and

37、 the shutter mechanism side as shown in Figure 1. The marking on the label shall comply with the requirements of the detail specification of the component. Information may be given by normal script or in code form for automatic reading, for example OCR, bar code, magnetic, etc. In the case of bar co

38、des, it is recommended to use bar code 39 as specified in ISO/IEC 16388. For optical character recognition (OCR), OCR B should be used. For recycling symbology, see 4.4.1. 39、sized surface mounting devices, for example certain capacitors, resistors and other electronic or electromechanical components. 43、inside wall of the bottom wall to the inside wall of the opening is 100 %, put markings of 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and 0 on the case at each height of 100 %, 90 %, 80 %, 70 %, 60 %, 50 %, 40 %, 30 %, 20 %, 10 %, and 0 % distance, respectively, as an indicator of residual amount of SMDs. C.2 Adhesive property of the label When the bulk case is stored at the temperature of 25 C to +50 C and at the relative humidity of 45 % to 75 %, the label shall be capable of being peeled from the bulk case, prior to re-use.

The sliding force shall be measured with a push- pull gauge before start of sliding and after 50 times of sliding the shutter. 5 Exposure to high temperature Specified dimensions in 4.3 shall be met. There shall be no abnormalities such as looseness in engaging parts, nor significant change in appearance. After exposure to the ambient
