4、, which has the responsibility to: aid enquirers to understand the text; present to the responsible international/European committee any enquiries on the interpretation, or proposals for change, and keep the UK interests informed; monitor related international and European developments and promulgat

From 1 January 1997, all IEC publications have the number60000added to the old number. For instance, IEC27-1has been renumbered as IEC60027-1. For a period of time during the chang

22、ct This section of IEC512-11defines a standard test method to assess the ability of a component to function in a specified manner, in a specified environment which might be encountered during normal use, including storage. 27、 Part 9: Miscellaneous tests. 3 Preparation of the specimen 3.1 Mechanical preparation The specimen, equipped with any accessories normally supplied with the component, shall be mounted and wired in accordance with the detail specification (if appropriate). When required by the detail specification,

28、 the specimen shall be operated the number of times specified prior to test. For each test carried out, the detail specification shall specify the condition of the component, for example operated or non-operated, mated or unmated. 3.2 Preconditioning The duration of the preconditioning shall be at l

29、east1h. 4 Test method 4.1 Initial measurements Initial measurements shall be carried out in accordance with the detail specification. 4.2 Conditioning The test sequence shall be carried out according to IEC68-2-61, Test Z/ABDM: Climatic sequence, Method1. Severity and intermediate measurements for t

30、he different steps shall be carried out as specified by the detail specification. Dry heat The upper climate category temperature shall be applied. If specified in the detail specification, at the end of this step and while still at high temperature, the insulation resistance shall be measured using

31、 test3a of IEC512-2. Cold The lower climate category temperature shall be applied. Low air pressure (optional) When prescribed by the detail specification, the following severity shall be applied. The low pressure shall be defined in the detail specification. The duration of the test shall be5min. A

32、t the end of this test, and while still under low pressure, a voltage proof test shall be applied using test4a of IEC512-2. Damp heat, remaining cycle(s) Remaining cycle(s) shall be specified in the detail specification. 4.3 Final measurements The specimen shall then be subjected to the following te

33、sts as described in the different parts of IEC512and shall meet the requirements specified by the detail specification: a) insulation resistance (test 3a) future standard IEC 512-3-1; b) voltage proof (test 4a) future standard IEC512-4-1;EN60512-11-1:1999 4 BSI 02-2000 c) contact resistance test, as

34、 specified in the detailspecification (test 2) future standard IEC512-2-1 or IEC 512-2-2; d) mechanical operating tests (test 13), as applicable future standard IEC 512-13-1 or IEC512-13-2; e) cable clamping test (test 17), as applicable future standard IEC 512-17-1 or IEC 512-17-4; f) visual examin

35、ation (test 1a), as applicable future standard IEC 512-1-1. 5 Details to be specified When this test is required by the detail specification, the following details shall be specified: a) method of mounting and wiring the specimen, and operated condition of the component(s), if applicable; b) initial

36、 measurements; c) severity of each step of the climatic sequence; d) minimum value of insulation resistance at high temperature; e) when low air pressure test is applicable, the test voltage; f) when contact resistance test is applicable, test to be used; g) requirements for final measurements; h) a
