20、ope This blank detail specification is part of the generic specification IEC875-1 (QC810000) and comprises a blank worksheet with instructions for preparing detail specifications. 2 Qualification approval The test schedules for qualification by the fixed sample procedure are defined in Table 1. 3 Qu
21、ality conformance inspection 3.1 Lot-by-lot inspection The test schedules for lot-by-lot inspection (groups A and B) are defined in Table2. 3.2 Periodic inspection The test schedules for periodic inspection (groups C and D) are defined in Table3. 4 Detail specification worksheet The worksheet follow
22、ing is intended to aid in the preparation of detail specifications. Spaces are provided for entering the information. When the spaces are completed, the detail specification can be drafted in its final form. The spaces are identified by numbers between brackets. Instructions for completing these num
23、bered spaces are given below. When drafting the final detail specification, eliminate the bracketed instruction numbers. 1 The IEC number assigned to the detail specification is added by the National Committee. 2 The date of the detail specification is added by the National Committee. 3 Enter the na
24、me and address of the National Committee. 4 Enter the component classification. 5 Enter the page numbers where the variants are defined. 6 Enter the climatic category, if applicable. 7 Enter the assessment level(s). If the assessment level is other than a standard level, it is designated by the capi
25、tal letter “X”. 8 Add the qualification procedure required for the detail specification (fixed sample or lot-by-lot procedure). 9 Add figures showing the limit dimensions for standard reference components and gauges if they are required. Display the figures in the format shown. 10 Tabulate the ident
26、ification number for each variant. Assign a column in the table for each variant feature (for example, fibre size, cable jacket diameter, alternative mounting schemes, etc.). 11 Enter supplementary information with respect to marking, requirements for certified records of released lots, and other ap
27、propriate information. 12 Table 1 defines the required measurements and tests for qualification by fixed sample size. Specify the sample size for each group in column “n”. When a test or measurement is defined which is not given in IEC1300, but appears in another IEC publication, indicate the refere
