17、t whether or not the International Standard IEC1119-2:1991 could be accepted without textual changes, has shown that no common modifications were necessary for the acceptance as a European Standard. 20、pe (DAT) cassette system. The object of this part is to specify programme content, format and other parameters of calibration tapes, so that direct comparison may be made between the technical performance of different equipment for the DAT cassette system. 2 Normative references The following standa

At the time of publication of this part of IEC1119, the editions indicated were valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties to agreements based on this part of IEC1119 ar

28、e level of the recorded signal on a magnetic tape is preferably expressed as the flux density at a given frequency. In the calibration tapes for analog recording specified in IEC94-2, the reference level is expressed in terms of short-circuit flux per track width at a long wavelength signal (referen

29、ce frequency). In digital recording by the DAT cassette system, the method of measurement for the physical flux density of the digitally recorded signal cannot be determined due to the extremely short wavelength. For this reason the reference level of the recorded signal used in this part of IEC1119

30、 has been determined by the signals defined in Table 1 and selected magnetic heads which represent the DAT technology.
