Specimen drawings are shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The recommendations for v

Figure 3 shows the front view and side view. Figure 4 shows the rear view; included are the relevant dimensions, Mounting Points Mi,

29、connector positions Ciand special points Pion the module and the Clearance Outline. The choice of the coordinate system is such that the X-Y-Z reference point in the drawings is identical to the Screen Centre. The number of Mounting Points as well as the number of connector points can be variable. T

30、he different Z dimensions of the module are given in the form of a height map, as shown in Figure 5. The directions of X-, Y- and Z-axes are as shown in Figure 3. The positive X direction is towards the left-side in the front view (to the right side in rear view); the positive Y and Z are upward and

31、 front-to-rear direction respectively. All the dimensions shown in these figures and tables shall be defined and/or measured at the standard environmental conditions; temperature of 25 C 3 C, humidity of 25 % RH to 85 % RH, and pressure of 86 kPa to 106 kPa. When different conditions are chosen, the

A PDP module is made of a panel, a Module Chassis, sustain units, address (data) units, scan units, a power supply unit, a control unit, etc. The panel is mounted

33、on the front side of the chassis, usually by using adhesive layers. The scan units are electrically connected to a vertical edge of the panel by using FPC (flexible printed circuit), while a sustain unit is connected to another vertical edge of the panel. Another sustain unit is electrically connect

34、ed to the panel through the scan units. The address (data) units are connected to a horizontal edge of the panel also by using FPC. Electric circuits (the sustain units, the power supply, the control unit, etc.) are mounted on the rear side of the chassis. The brackets are used to mount the module t
