Under no conditions are these requirements considered to be a standard for the training and qualification of scuba divers. This International Standard applies to programmes that include participants bei
19、ng taken into an open water environment. It does not apply to programmes that are exclusively conducted in a confined water environment (e.g. swimming pools). This International Standard also specifies the conditions under which this service is to be provided, which supplement the general requiremen
20、ts for recreational diving services specified in ISO 24803. Article L322-2 of Sports Code (Code du Sport, CdS) Establishments where are practiced one or more physical or sport activities must have, for each type of activity or establishment, hygiene and security guarantees defined by regulation. 21、icle R212-7 of Sports Code (Code du Sport CdS) The activities carried on in a Specific Environment involving compliance with special security measures mentioned in Article L. 212-2 are those related to practice: 1) From scuba diving, anywhere, and snorkeling, in a natural environmentand diving pool;
