The tolerances for the stem shall be 6e and for the handle 6H, in accordance with ISO 965-1. The length of the thread engagemen
40、t shall be as shown in Figure 2.4.1.2.2.2 Imperial thread connectionThe dimensions of the connection between the stem and handles shall be imperial thread No. 4-48 UNF, in accordance with ISO 263. Test in accordance with 5.1.4.2.2 Mirror casing4.2.2.1 Metallic mirror casingThe mirror casing shall be made of metal which is resistant to corrosion, e.g. stainless steel or a plated non-ferrous alloy.Examples of suitable stainless
47、 steel or other metal alloys can be found in ISO 7153-1.4.2.2.2 Plastic mirror casingThe material is left to the discretion of the manufacturer provided that it complies with the requirements of this document.4.2.3 Mirror handle4.2.3.1 Metallic mirror handleMirror handles shall be made of metal whic

Test in accordance with 5.1.4.3.2 Reflecting surfacesThe reflecting surfaces shall allow the image without deformation to be viewed through, or from, the whole of the viewing surface.
