They apply to the reference wavelength according to ISO 7944.4.2 Optical and mechanical requirementsThe requirements in Table 1 apply.Testing of optical and mechanical requirements shall be carried out in accordance with 5.2.4.3 Environmental conditionsThe operation
26、 microscope shall conform to the environmental requirements given in IEC 606011.4.4 SafetyThe requirements of IEC 606011 shall apply.5 Test methods5.1 GeneralAll tests specified in this document are type tests.5.2 Checking the optical and mechanical specificationsThe requirements in 4.2 shall be che
27、cked with measuring devices the measuring uncertainty of which shall be smaller than 10 % of the value to be determined in accordance with ISO 15227.Measurements shall be carried out in accordance with general rules of statistical evaluation.5.3 Checking the environmental conditionsTesting of enviro
