19、es of motor vehicles defined in ISO 3833. This part of ISO 12614 is applicable to vehicles using natural gas in accordance with ISO 15403 (mono-fuel, bi-fuel, or dual-fuel applications). It is not applicable to the following:1) fuel containers;2) stationary gas engines;3) container mounting hardware
20、;4) electronic fuel management;5) refueling receptacles.NOTE 1 It is recognized that miscellaneous components not specifically covered herein can be examined to meet the criteria of this part of ISO 12614 and tested according to the appropriate functional tests.NOTE 2 All references to pressure in t
21、his part of ISO 12614 are to be considered gauge pressures unless otherwise specified.NOTE 3 This part of ISO 12614 is based upon a working pressure for natural gas as a fuel of 1,6 MPa (16 bar). (1 bar = 0,1 MPa = 105 Pa; 1 MPa = 1 N/mm2.) Other working pressures can be accommodated by adjusting th
22、e pressure by the appropriate factor (ratio). 26、el designation (part number);c) the working pressure or pressure and temperature range.The following additional markings are recommended:a) the direction of flow (when necessary for correct installation);b) the type of fuel;c) electrical ratings (if applicable);d) the symbol of the certification age
27、ncy;e) the type approval number;f) the serial number or date code;g) a reference to this part of ISO 12614 (i.e. ISO 12614-6:2014).NOTE This information can be provided by a suitable identification code on at least one part of the component when it consists of more than one part.5 Construction and a
28、ssembly5.1 The pressure regulator shall comply with the applicable provisions of ISO 12614-1 and ISO 12614-2, and with the tests specified in Clause 6.5.2 The pressure regulator shall have a factory-set maximum outlet pressure. The maximum outlet pressure rating and the inlet pressure rating shall b

Where the stages of pressure regulation are separate, the working pressu
35、re in a) to c) is considered to be the working pressure of the upstream stage.a) Recycle the regulator for 50 % of the total number of cycles at room temperature and at the working pressure. Each cycle shall consist of flow until stable outlet pressure has been obtained, after which the gas flow sha
36、ll be shut off by a downstream valve within 1 s, until the downstream lock-up pressure has stabilized. Stabilized outlet pressures are defined as set pressure 15 % for at least 5 s. The regulator shall comply with 6.3 at room temperature at intervals of 20 %, 40 %, 60 %, 80 %, and 100 % of room temp
37、erature cycles.b) Repeat the cycling procedure of a) at 40 C and 100 % of working pressure for 50 % of the total number of cycles.c) At the completion of the cycles, the lock-up pressure downstream of the regulator shall not exceed the lock-up pressure specified by the manufacturer.Table 1 (continue
